How allocations work
A pre-order reserves poundage against a specific block. You pay a deposit now; the balance is charged when your fruit is allocated. If a block underdelivers we move you to the closest equivalent lot or refund in full.
Off-season options
Frozen must is processed at harvest and held at -10°F, so you can ferment any month of the year. Supplies and bulk wine ship year-round.
